But I damaged my metabolism and gained 7 pounds instead of losing weight. I did lose weight initially while I was following her guides, however it all reversed after 3 weeks.

 

I did my research and came across many reviews which actually explained in details why Kayla Itsines bikini body guide is bad for the long term. I really regret not believing the review I read . You should read that review because what the writer said was so true.
